Our products and parts are designed for normal domestic (residential) use and are not intended for commercial use. Any commercial use by a customer will void this Service Warranty.

Service under this warranty must be provided by Glen Dimplex Australia and invoiced accordingly. Such service will be provided during normal business hours. When making a claim, present this Service Warranty certificate along with proof of the original service date.

This Service Warranty is an additional benefit and does not affect your legal rights.

Applicable for services provided within Australia only.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In the case of major failures:

  1. You have the right to cancel your service contract with us.
  2. You are entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the service or compensation for its reduced value.
  3. For goods, you can choose a refund or replacement for major failures. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, we will rectify the issue within a reasonable time.
