1. Information on how to enter and claim the $500 Bonus Prepaid Card via redemption offer forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Offer is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies (including but not limited to Belling Dealers/Resellers) associated with this promotion are ineligible.
4. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply: “‘Purchase” means an order placed and payment made in full for eligible Belling Richmond Deluxe Range Cooker models during the Promotional Period from an authorised Australian Belling retailer. Purchase does not include:
Rental payment plans with a term of less than 18 months
Orders not paid in full
Commercial or business transactions; purchases made for commercial or business purposes; or purchases made in a business name
Second-hand products
Purchases by Glen Dimplex Australia staff and their immediate families
Purchases made in conjunction with any other promotion
Purchases made directly from Glen Dimplex Australia Pty Ltd
Purchases made through any unauthorised retailer
T2/clearance stock
5. The promotion commences on 7 November 2025 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on 31 January 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Redemption entries must be submitted online by 11.59pm AEDT on 28 February 2026.

7. Redemptions must be submitted through the official campaign webpage: belling.com.au/promotions. All submissions must be completed by 11.59pm AEDT on 28 February 2026.
8. Only valid on purchases made in full, from authorised retail stores between 7 November 2025 and 31 January 2026 (inclusive). Any proof of purchase/tax invoice provided outside of these dates will not be accepted.
9. To make a valid claim, consumers must complete the online redemption form available at belling.com.au/promotions and upload a copy of their proof of purchase/tax invoice showing full payment. Failure to complete the form in full (including the product serial number) or to provide valid proof of purchase will result in rejection of the claim.
10. All redemption claims must be submitted by 11.59pm AEDT on 28 February 2026. Claims received after this date will not be accepted.
11. Subject to claim validity, eligible claimants will receive one (1) $500 Bonus Prepaid Card issued either as a Digital Mastercard® via email or a physical eftpos gift card sent to the claimant’s nominated mailing address. Cards will be issued within 60 working days of claim approval. Once a selection is made between Digital or Physical card, no changes will be accepted.
Digital Mastercard
The Digital Prepaid Mastercard® will be sent to each winner’s email address as specified in their online entry form. The Digital Prepaid Mastercard® is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited ABN 30 131 436 532 AFSL 404131 pursuant to license by Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd. Mastercard and the circles design are registered trademarks of Mastercard International Incorporated.
Redemption of the Digital Prepaid Mastercard® is subject to the standard terms and conditions, which can be found at https://thecardnetwork.com.au/pages/terms-conditions. The Digital Prepaid Mastercard® expires after 1 year from the date of issue. All entries submitted in the Promotion will be reviewed by a representative of the Promoter.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Digital Prepaid Mastercard® are not included. Any unused balance of a Digital Prepaid Mastercard® will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a Digital Prepaid Mastercard® is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Digital Prepaid Mastercard.®
eftpos - Gift Card (Physical)
This Card is issued by Vii Pty Ltd ABN 83 619 963 263 (‘we/us/our’). In these conditions ‘you’ are the Card purchaser or user. Vii Pty Limited (“Vii”) is the issuer of the Card and authorises The Card Network (“TCN”) Pty Ltd ABN 87 626 501 568 to distribute the Card. Using the Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions . You must give these conditions to the user of the Card if that is not you. The Card remains our property.
This Card is an eftpos prepaid gift card that can be used for electronic transactions, to purchase goods and services. The Card will need to be activated once received. The card is valid from the date of activation. The relevant expiry period is printed on the back of your card, and you can also check the remaining period of use and the card balance at https://www.eftpos.gift/.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Claimants agree that if they have received the $500 Bonus Prepaid Card and subsequently return the product for a refund, they will repay the value of the redemption to the Promoter.
13. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, damaged, stolen, or misdirected mail. Incomplete, illegible, or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
14. Claimants must retain a copy of their proof of purchase/tax invoice. Failure to produce this when requested may result in claim invalidation and forfeiture of the $500 Bonus Prepaid Card. The proof of purchase must clearly show the store name, tax invoice number, purchase date, and claimant’s full contact details.
15. It is the claimant’s responsibility to provide accurate contact and mailing details to ensure delivery of the $500 Bonus Prepaid Card.
16. Purchases by, for and in the name of trusts, businesses, companies, residential or commercial developers/developments and purchases by builders, subcontractors, installers/resellers and their immediate family are not eligible to redeem this promotion. The purchaser is considered the payer for the Eligible Models as shown on the submitted proof of purchase document.
17. Claims are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable for other goods or services including cash.
18. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
19. The promotion is not applicable to purchases of graded seconds, factory reconditioned products, or T2 stock. Display stock at Harvey Norman is eligible.
20. This promotion is for retail customers only and there are no $500 Bonus Prepaid Cards for government, national accounts, contracts or not for profit organisations (unless the not-for-profit organisation is buying at retail price).
21. Please note that lay-bys initiated during the promotional period and paid in full by 31 January 2026 are eligible for the $500 Bonus Prepaid Card.
22. Product warranty commences from the date of purchase and not from the date of redemption.
23. The Promoter’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is subject to the Belling Privacy Policy, available at belling.com.au/privacy, and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
