It's interesting when you watch trends and food fashion, to see how information jumps from one extreme to the other. For years we were told that fats and oils are bad for us, now we're being told the opposite. Probably the most important thing to remember might be that when adding fat or oil to your food, make sure it's of the good variety. They are not all created equal, and whilst some have many nutritious benefits, many more can actually do more harm than good.
