Glen Dimplex Australia has announced the opening of a new office and showroom in Mount Waverley, Australia. Previously in Dandenong, GDA had outgrown its facilities and decided to invest in a new building to exhibit its full range of cooking appliances.

The new office including a 300m² warehouse and a state-of-the-art cooking school includes a fully functional kitchen with Belling appliances. This will be used to display regular demos, cooking courses and sales training for when classes commence later this year.

This investment allows GDA to display the full range to the public and could not have come at a better time, coinciding with Belling’s 100th year birthday celebrations.

The opening was held on the 21st February with special guests, customers and employees invited to share in the festivities. It was officially opened by Martin and Carmel Naughton, owners of the Glen Dimplex Group and Sean O’Driscoll, the Chairman and CEO. Other special guests included Denver Hewlett, CEO of Glen Dimplex Home Appliances UK, Mr Stuart Gill, British Consul General and Mr Noel White, the Irish Ambassador.

Now open to the public, consumers are welcome to have a look at the full range and ask any questions before having to make any commitments. Also available are Masport Wood Fires, Escea Gas Fires, Roberts Radios, Dimplex Heaters and Portable Air Conditioners.
